Our history
Founded in 1997, Absis Consulting is a company dedicated to providing consulting services and implementation of computer solutions, it has a multidisciplinary team in the areas of engineering, systems, administration and architecture, with extensive experience with leading organizations in America. , Asia and Europe.
Since its foundation, Absis Consuting has been a strategic partner of Archibus, a world leader in technology and software solutions for IWMS or integrated workspace management system.
In 2003, Enratio was founded by professionals with extensive experience in the IT world, having held various positions both in Argentina and in the USA. Enratio will be a company dedicated to providingconsulting and implementation services for Oracle computing solutions, with a special focus on PeopleSoft solutions.
In 2014, Enratio acquired Absis Consulting, enhancing the individual capabilities of each of these companies by integrating into a single work team.
Starting in 2015 and following Oracle’s strategy, we added Oracle Cloud applications to our portfolio of solutions, as well as Cloud Infrastructure and Technology services (IaaS-PaaS).
During the year 2019, an internationalization process began, landing with operations in Chile and Spain, which add to our strategic alliances with partners in the United States and Latin America.
ABTIO was born in 2022, from the sum of capabilities and experience of Absis Consulting + Enratio.
ABTIO is a strategic partner of Oracle and Eptura, world leaders in technology and software solutions.

Management team
Nicolás Di Bona, President & CEO
Prior to founding Enratio in 2003, Nicolás worked at PeopleSoft Argentina and later at PeopleSoft Inc. (Pleasanton, CA,US). During the first years of Enratio, he actively participated in setting up and monitoring operations, monitoring international projects (Chile, Puerto Rico, Peru, Japan, China, France, Holland, UK, Belize and Brazil).
In 2012 he assumed the role of CEO and in 2014 he acquired Absis Consulting. During the last 5 years, he has focused on building a network of strategic and complementary partners to the group’s businesses.
Nicolás studied at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, obtaining the title of National Public Accountant in 1998. In his early years he specialized in the tax area. In 1999 he joined PeopleSoft Argentina connecting the tax and technology worlds, joining the PeopleSoft team responsible for the localization of Argentina.
Leandro Ezequiel Sivila, Vice President & CSO
Leandro Ezequiel Sivila joined the ABTIO (Enratio-Absis Consulting) team in 2004. Since then, he has held various operational and commercial positions.
Prior to joining ABTIO (Enratio-Absis Consulting), he worked as a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank for technology modernization projects and as a specialist BI consultant.
Leandro, has a degree in Business Administration and a degree in Information Systems, has completed an MBA at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina and a Master’s Degree in Technology and Telecommunications Services, at the University of San Andrés, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Fernando Ariel Balda, Vice President & COO
Fernando Balda rejoins ABTIO (Enratio-Absis Consulting) in 2016 with the responsibility of directing operations as COO of the group.
Fernando has a degree in Systems and worked as a teacher at the National Technological University for the career in Industrial Engineering.
During the last years he worked at Telecom Argentina in charge of the Corporate Applications Management, managing a staff of more than +100 people. Among his responsibilities, he was in charge of leading +10 annual projects, with a budget of +50 million pesos.
Previously, Fernando worked for +5 years at Enratio as Oracle Applications Manager, in charge of the functional team, leading projects in top-tier companies such as Arcor, Enersa, Cencosud and Despegar.
