ABTIO was born from the merger of two companies with more than two decades of experience: Absis Consulting and Enratio. This merger combined the knowledge of two teams of technology experts, creating a company with global reach and a shared vision: to offer innovative and secure solutions that drive our clients’ growth.
Today, the company is a strategic partner of Oracle and Eptura, global leaders in technology and software solutions, with a team committed to transforming the way organizations work and grow.

In 2014, Enratio‘s acquisition of Absis Consulting combined their capabilities, opening the way to new markets and services. In the following years, we incorporated Oracle Cloud, as well as Infrastructure and Technology services in the cloud (IaaS and PaaS). And in 2019, we took a key step towards internationalization, with operations in Germany, Chile, and Spain, and strategic alliances in the United States and Latin America.

Founded in 1997, Absis Consulting specialized in the implementation of IT solutions and was a strategic partner of Archibus, the world leader in workplace management software. With projects in America, Asia, and Europe, it built a solid reputation across multiple industries.

Our management team
Nicolás Di Bona, Presidente & CEO
Before founding Enratio in 2003, Nicolás worked at PeopleSoft Argentina and then at PeopleSoft Inc. (Pleasanton, CA, USA).
In Enratio’s early years, he led operational management and participated in international projects in Chile, Puerto Rico, Peru, Japan, China, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Belize, and Brazil.
In 2012, he took on the role of CEO, and in 2014, he acquired Absis Consulting.
Over the past five years, he has focused on building a network of strategic partners that complement the group’s businesses.
Leandro Ezequiel Sivila Seca, Vice Presidente & CSO
Leandro joined the ABTIO team (Enratio–Absis Consulting) in 2004, holding various operational and commercial positions since then.
Before joining the company, he worked as a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank on technological modernization projects and as a Business Intelligence specialist.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. He also completed an MBA at the University of Buenos Aires and a Master’s degree in Technology and Telecommunications Services at the University of San Andrés in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Fernando Ariel Balda, Vice Presidente & COO
Fernando rejoined ABTIO (Enratio–Absis Consulting) in 2016, taking on the role of COO of the group.
He has a degree in Systems and has taught at the National Technological University in the Industrial Engineering program.
In recent years, he worked at Telecom Argentina as Corporate Applications Manager, leading a team of more than 100 people and managing more than 10 projects per year, with a budget of over 50 million pesos.
Previously, Fernando worked for more than five years at Enratio as Oracle Applications Manager, in charge of the functional team and leading projects for top-tier companies such as Arcor, Enersa, Cencosud, and Despegar.
