Archibus by Eptura implementation for Maintenance Management at Dalkia Mexico at the service of Liverpool Stores

Tiendas Liverpool has 717,000 sqm in gross leasable area and is one of the leading omnichannel retailers in Mexico. It is also one of the largest non-bank credit card issuers and one of the leading shopping center developers in the country.
In 2005, Dalkia relied on ABTIO for the implementation of Archibus by Eptura in Tiendas Liverpool, with the objective of improving maintenance management and optimizing its operations. The implemented solution included:
- Preventive maintenance with scheduled routines.
- Corrective and on-demand maintenance.
- Centralized help desk.
- Assignment of technicians.
- Centralized warehouse management.
- Registration and follow-up of material consumption.
- Operational and management reports.
Thanks to this implementation, Dalkia Mexico was able to strengthen the operational infrastructure of Tiendas Liverpool, guarantee the continuity of its services and optimize the use of its resources in multiple locations.
