Eptura–ARCHIBUS Cloud 2025.01 Upgrade: Annual Continuity and Hoteling Enablement in Reservation Management

A major international organization based in Paris, France.
Challenge
With the platform already operational, the objective was to maintain an annual update cycle to stay on the latest available version, minimizing friction for users and ensuring continuity in the processes already adopted:
- Spaces
- Maintenance
- Assets
- Reservations
At the same time, the organization sought to expand the functional scope of reservations by incorporating Hoteling for workstation reservations.
Solution
At the end of 2025, ABTIO executed the upgrade to Eptura–Archibus Cloud 2025.01, as part of the annual evolution scheme.
Scope of the update
- Upgrade to version 2025.01 (end of 2025).
- Operational continuity of the modules already implemented (Core, Spaces, Maintenance, Assets, Reservations).
- Implementation of Hoteling as a feature within the Reservation Management module (workstation reservations), incorporated at this stage.
Impact
- Greater predictability of evolution with an annual upgrade cycle.
- Expansion of Reservation Management capabilities by enabling Hoteling for the coordination of on-site work and workstation utilization.
- Continuity for workplace management operations in a SaaS environment, with a focus on user experience and adoption.
