Eptura-Archibus Cloud: upgrade and implementation from v25.3 to v2024.01 (with annual evolution)

Challenge
The organization needed to evolve its Workplace Management platform to operate with the latest available version of Eptura–Archibus in SaaS (Cloud) mode, while maintaining operational continuity and support for its real estate assets (10 buildings in Europe).

ABTIO was selected to provide Archibus SaaS and Professional Services focused on migration, upgrade, and implementation, with an emphasis on maintaining and evolving the solution’s key processes.

Evolution of the last period (2025-2026)
- An evolution scheme was defined: each year, an update will be made to the latest version available on the market.
- At the end of 2025, ABTIO performed an upgrade to implement version 2025.01, providing continuity to the management of the modules already implemented.
- In addition, Hoteling (workstation reservation) was implemented as part of the “Reservation Management” module, as a feature that was not included in the initial stage.
