YPF updates Archibus by Eptura Cloud to 2024.01 and expands general services for occupants
YPF, with the support of ABTIO, maintained the evolution of Eptura–ARCHIBUS Cloud in a SaaS environment to manage spaces, operations, and general services. In this latest project update, version upgrades (2022.02 and 2024.01) were carried out and general services for the occupants of the Puerto Madero Tower were expanded, also incorporating additional buildings in the Province of Buenos Aires and Neuquén.

Challenge
Maintain the ARCHIBUS platform in a constant evolution scheme post-migration to SaaS, incorporating version improvements and expanding general service capabilities to accompany new occupant demands.
Solution
ABTIO accompanied the continuity of the Eptura–ARCHIBUS SaaS environment with a version update and functional expansion cycle:
- Intermediate upgrade to 2022.02
- Upgrade to Eptura–ARCHIBUS Cloud 2024.01
- Incorporation of new general services aimed at the occupants of the Puerto Madero Tower
- Extension of scope to additional buildings in the provinces of Buenos Aires and Neuquén
Impact
- Platform updated to version 2024.01, reducing the risk of obsolescence and facilitating operational continuity.
- Greater coverage of general services for occupants in the Puerto Madero Tower and new locations.
- Location database updated by the client, strengthening adoption and inventory quality.
