Oracle HCM Cloud at Maxiconsumo: Implemented Modules and Evolution (2025–2026)

Client

Maxiconsumo offers a wide range of products across food, beverages, cleaning, and personal hygiene. With sustained operational growth, the company currently operates 36 stores across Buenos Aires, Greater Buenos Aires (Conurbano), and other regions of Argentina.

Challenge

After implementation, the focus shifts from “activating modules” to sustaining adoption and continuously improving processes:

  • Run evaluations and performance cycles with consistent tracking.
  • Adjust structure, roles, and segmentations as the business evolves.
  • Enhance reporting (OTBI) and dashboards for control and decision-making.

Solution

ABTIO supported day-to-day operations with functional and technical evolutionary services, delivering improvements and adjustments throughout 2025 on Oracle HCM Cloud (modules already implemented: HR Core, Directory, Talent, Performance, Profiles, Succession, and OTBI).

2025 workstreams

  • Evaluations and performance (operations + continuous enhancements).
  • Organizational structure and master data.
  • Store-based segmentation and bulk data management.
  • Reporting and dashboards (OTBI + dashboards).
  • Platform updates and continuous improvement (e.g., 25B).

Impact

The evolutionary support enabled Maxiconsumo to:

  • Keep the platform aligned with real operational needs (rather than leaving it “as-is” after go-live).
  • Improve consistency across performance processes and follow-up.
  • Increase management capability through OTBI reporting and management dashboards.

Next steps (2026)

  • Further evolution of the performance cycle and tracking reports.
  • Dashboard optimization for management.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives (including AI enablers, where applicable and approved).
