Implementation of Archibus by Eptura for Maintenance Management at Esener Chile in the service of BancoEstado

BancoEstado is a Chilean public financial institution that provides services to individuals, companies and institutions. With more than 12 million customers, 415 branches, 122 BancoEstado Express and more than 42,000 CajaVecina points, it is one of the most extensive banking networks in the country.

In 2008, Esener trusted ABTIO to implement Archibus by Eptura in BancoEstado, in order to improve maintenance management throughout its infrastructure and ensure more efficient operations.

The implemented solution included:

  • Preventive maintenance with scheduled routines.
  • Corrective and on-demand maintenance.
  • Centralized help desk.
  • Assignment of technicians.
  • Centralized warehouse management.
  • Registration and follow-up of material consumption.
  • Operational and management reports.

Thanks to this implementation, BancoEstado achieved a more controlled, efficient and sustainable operation throughout its wide network of services.
