Archibus by Eptura implementation at Contax

Contax is a leading company in customer experience solutions, with more than 17 years of experience in the Brazilian market and presence throughout the country. It operates over 340,000 sqm of facilities, including 80,000 sqm of corporate areas, and has more than 85,000 employees and 500,000 assets.

In 2011, Contax relied on ABTIO to implement Archibus by Eptura in order to solve critical challenges such as the lack of integration between systems, the existence of information silos, duplications and data inconsistencies.

The implemented solution integrated:

• Space management.
• Integration with AutoCAD and drawings electronic repository.
• Integration with Active Directory (AD).
• Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Integration with ECADOP FPW (Human Resources).

Thanks to this implementation, Contax achieved the following goals:
