Oracle HCM Cloud at AGD: Phase 1 Goes Live

ABTIO has completed the go-live of Phase 1 of the Oracle HCM Cloud at AGD project, an initiative aimed at modernizing Aceitera General Deheza’s human capital management.
In this first stage, AGD began operating with the Core and Recruitment and Selection modules, two key solutions to centralize employee information and optimize recruitment processes.
The go-live of this first phase represents a concrete step forward in the evolution of AGD’s Human Resources area, through a gradual, orderly implementation aligned with the organization’s operational needs.
What went live
Phase 1 activated core capabilities to strengthen daily HR management and support talent acquisition processes more efficiently.

During this stage, progress was also made in the configuration of the Absences module, whose activation has been scheduled for the go-live of the next phase. This approach allows new capabilities to be incorporated progressively, prioritizing operational continuity and team adoption.

Phase 2 will focus on expanding Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities to optimize processes related to time management and the operational management of AGD’s teams.
