Eptura – Archibus Implementation for Real Estate Portfolio Management – Banco Credicoop

Banco Credicoop Cooperativo Limitado is an Argentine cooperative bank. It is the second most important private bank with Argentine capital in Argentina, and the ninth in total terms. It is the most important cooperative bank in Latin America.

Within the framework of an internal process of optimization of the Bank’s processes, including the administration, management and operation of its real estate portfolio, Credicoop selected Eptura – Archibus as part of a set of the technological tools. ABTIO’s team collaborated with Credicoop bank in the implementation of best practices related to the following processes:

• Management and payment of leases at Headquarters and branches.
• Management and payment of taxes and utilities in Headquarters and branches.
• Building operation and maintenance management.
• Planning and management of projects and refurbishments of different scales.

Throughout four consecutive phases, different Eptura – Archibus applications were implemented, including Overlay for AutoCAD®, which allows the integration of floor plans in the follow-up of these processes. The implemented modules were:

• Real Property and Lease Management
• Space Management
• Project Management
• Building Operations (including helpdesk, corrective and preventive maintenance)
• Asset Inventory
• Management of Minimum-Security Measures (according to the BCRA regulations)
• Integration with Calipso (ERP)

The project also included the construction of Interfaces with other applications that integrate Eptura – Archibus with the Bank’s suite of corporate tools.
