Archibus by Eptura implementation in Bancaribe

In 2008, BanCaribe, C.A. Banco Universal, one of Venezuela’s leading private financial institutions headquartered in Caracas, trusted ABTIO to implement the Archibus by Eptura platform as part of its modernization and operational efficiency strategy.

The implementation covered the integral management of its facilities, including:

• Space management (14,800 sqm).
• Inventory and control of furniture and equipment.
• Maintenance management, with centralized help desk, preventive and on-demand maintenance.
• Telecommunications management, including the building’s vertical and horizontal cabling.

Thanks to this solution, BanCaribe achieved a centralized and updated view of its assets, improving decision making, operational efficiency and maintenance of its technological and physical infrastructure.
