Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Integration Services for AGD

Aceitera General Deheza (AGD), one of Argentina’s most important integrated agro-industrial complexes, operates seven industrial plants in Córdoba, Santa Fe, and San Luis, plus a broad network of grain collection sites and purchasing centers across eight provinces. In line with its growth and rising operational complexity, the company began implementing Oracle HCM Cloud to modernize and strengthen its Human Resources function.

The Challenge
AGD needed a solution capable of:

  • Centralizing and digitizing each person’s information in a single digital personnel file.
  • Standardizing Human Resources processes—onboarding, absences, recruiting, among others—across multiple sites.
  • Driving self-service for key procedures by leaders and employees.
  • Enabling data-driven decisions with full traceability and auditability.
  • Supporting a cultural evolution toward a more agile, participatory, and measurable model.

A guiding principle set the tone for the project: “the most important thing is not the system, but how we build it together,” focusing on active listening, participation, and change management.

The Solution
ABTIO is developing integration services using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)—an architecture that will connect Oracle HCM Cloud with the various systems AGD currently uses. This integration layer ensures data flows that are consistent, secure, and aligned with business operations.

Through OIC, ABTIO enables key integrations such as:

  • Bidirectional integration with the Visma payroll system, including:
    • Additions, removals, and changes to the organizational structure.
    • Hires, terminations, and updates to employees’ personal and work data.
    • Absence management.
  • Integration with LinkedIn to strengthen talent processes.
  • Integration with RHPro, the time and attendance system.
  • Integration with Gestar.
  • Integration with JD Edwards.
  • Integration with biometric time clock systems.
